Business Feature: ANZ Small Business Banker at your service!

Posted 30 Mar '16

Late last year we had the pleasure of meeting Stuart Lyme through a mutual client, and he instantly fit the mould to be on Team Empire!  Stuart has been extremely helpful in not only providing advice with some of clients but also helping us out with our own banking! We invited Stuart to tell us a little bit about his role with ANZ…

Q. Tell us about your role at ANZ & how that adds value to your clients businesses

Think of an ANZ  Small Business Specialist as someone that can assist with pretty much everything you need for your small business finances! Generally this includes helping you manage your cash flow, asset finance, business lending and streamlining your accounts.

Q. What makes your ANZ business services different to your competitors?

The key thing that stands us out from others is that we offer unsecured lending! We also have business packages that can be tailored to meet your needs and  most importantly we provide service. We want to know about you, what you want to achieve and specifically how ANZ can help you reach your goals.

Q. How ANZ can help our business Clients plan better for the future?

I initially complete an A-Z review on your business that will assess where you are now and what you need in the future. We then work together with the goal of future proofing your banking needs. Ultimately, my job is to look after your banking while you look after your business. A key item to achieving this is by having valuable partners.  Being involved with businesses like Empire Accountants means if there is a need for my clients to speak with an Accountant, I can have faith that they will receive the advice they need for their business.  Whilst our specialty is banking, we really want to work with clients and provide them with the resources and connections necessary to achieve their goals.

Q. What area do you service?

I work predominately in the Brisbane North area, however I will be able to find someone to come to wherever you are.
